So not happy with this site. My order never made it to the restaurant and I was still being charged. Restaurant never had an order for me, but I still got charged.
Ordering was fast and easy and the food was on time ????. However, I am still unable to redeem their $3 coupons that they email to me all the time. Will use them again in the future.

1 1/2 hours after order was placed I attempted to cancel. No updates during that time. Food wad prepared in 10 minutes. Not first experience of this kind.
If I could give negative stars I would.
For starters I seen one local eatstreet guy in a vehicle half full of garbage smoking cigarettes with people's food in his car. He looked homeless and if he dropped my food off I would be absolutely appalled and disgusted. Apparently anyone with a shitbox can get a job working for these people.
So I decided to give I a try because I live in a different city now. Ordered food from a local place for a Friday fish fry. For starters it was almost impossible to find a place to pick from because every place on their site said they it was closed even though they were all very well open. Finally got an order placed. Never got any confirmation anything, just an email saying the order was placed and they charged my card. About 10 minutes goes by and I get a text saying my order was cancelled and I'll get an email why. I get an email saying that my order was cancelled because the restaurant was not taking orders. That combined with all the places I seen that were open yet portrayed as closed on their (eatstreet) website I decided to call this place myself and ask why they were not taking orders.
Well according to the restaurant many eatstreet drivers have been there to pick up orders and they were very much taking orders and they had no idea why I was informed that they were not or why my order was cancelled. I'm just gonna chalk it up to some lazy basement dwelling stoner didn't want to do his job and decided to cancel my order. This company is an absolute joke.
-5 stars. If there is any other option I recommend you exercise that other option before considering this company. Even if it means going in getting your food yourself
****Update **** just had Eatstreet drop off food at my door. The incompetence of what just happened is absolutely mind boggling. "There was double orders placed" so nobody decided to confirm anything with me which would have prevented all of this. And why the lie of "they're not accepting orders" somebody screwed up and tried to cover it up and it all costed me almost $40. We'll see if I get a refund
I’ve used EatStreet a few times now. Drivers are always good about leaving the order at my door (COVID precautions) and are friendly as they drive away waving to me. Food has always been received timely. Will definitely use the service again!
Delivery was very fast. Order was complete. Will probably no use service again as high price wasn't worth convience.
I waited 5 hours for the food and i never received anything. Beware they have restaurants listed on their site with business hours and everything however the place is permanently closed when i google...They took all the money..i contacted Eatstreet through email and facebook, had no response. Please stay away from this place.
When I first went on the site, EVERY restaurant on our city said "CLOSED" and I was unable to order anything. Thankfully, I was able to get on chat right away and talk to someone but in the meantime, the site miraculously started working again.
I got my delivery within an hour and the food was still warm. That's great because it's so cold outside right now. I appreciate having nor to go outside in it. Thank you.

Cafe 26 did a fantastic job! Food was still warm when picked it up.
I don’t know what order this is for but if it’s for the one I had yesterday evening… I ordered tacos and a combo meal that included a burrito and cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla seem to be cooked in bad oil and was not edible. I didn’t complain because the last time I complained about the food that wasn’t correct I was just given a refund. I feel that they should’ve fix the problem and sent a new item replacing the one that wasn’t correct instead of just refunding me. I would have to order the item again and pay the fee and tip again. I decided against it. Just because of that.
